Haus Maria is located in Hochsölden - in the middle of the ski slope - between the middle and base station of the new Hochsölden-Rotkogl mountain lift. The self-catering house is equipped with two kitchens, a large breakfast room and lounge, a small living room and 12 bedrooms (with/without bathroom/WC) and offers space for 20 to 24 people. This guest house is always rented to a group on a weekly basis, therefore you and your family/friends are completely undisturbed here.

Refreshment stop at Sonnblick mountain restaurant - only a few meters away (across the ski slope).

Enjoy your memorable ski vacation in a quaint alpine hut, right in the ski area. The rustic hut has been carefully renovated with lots of local wood, slate quarries, sheep's wool and offers pleasant comfort for 2 - 5 people. Strap on your skis right in front of the hut and when the last winter sports enthusiasts have already left the ski area, you enjoy wonderful silence next to the warm tiled stove.

The hut can be rented in winter between late November and mid-April.
